HanStyle Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HanStyle! We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items received.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a replacement item or store credit will be issued.

  • Cash refunds are only provided if the item is out of stock.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’re happy to send a replacement free of charge.
